PREAMBLE
These conditions are concluded between the company WCKD of the one part, hereinafter referred to as “Wickedone.ae”, and on the other hand, those wishing to make a purchase of one or more of the products sold on the internet site www.wickedone.ae , hereinafter individually referred to as " the client ".

The parties agree that their relations will be exclusively governed by this agreement, to the exclusion of any other condition previously available on the site.
If a condition is found to be missing, it would be considered to be governed by the procedures in force in the area of distance selling in which the companies are headquartered in the united arab Emirates.
The company WCKD agrees to comply with all the provisions applicable to the sale at distance.

OBJECT
These conditions aim to define the terms of sale between Wickedone.ae and the customer, from the order to the service, including payment and delivery.
They govern all the steps necessary for placing and tracking the order between the parties.

THE COMMAND
The customer has the option of ordering online from the online catalog : https://www.wickedone.ae

Any order implies the full and unreserved acceptance of these general conditions of sale. Orders will only be taken into account only after acceptance of payment.
Wickedone.ae undertakes to honour orders received within the limit of stocks available.
In the absence of availability of an item, the customer will be informed immediately and will have the opportunity to cancel the order.
In case of unavailability for more than 7 days, or rupture of the final, Wickedone.ae may either cancel the order and refund the customer the amounts it has paid, or to replace the unavailable item with another of similar characteristics and of equivalent or higher quality, at a price equal or lower.
The contractual information is presented in French and will be subject to confirmation containing the contractual information.

PAYMENT TERMS
The full payment must be made when ordering. At no time will the payments can not be considered as a deposit or down payments.
The customer has the choice of paying the order :
– by bank card (the customer shall indicate the number, the expiry date, the security code and the name of the owner) ; the communication of this information constitute an authorization for Wickedone.ae to debit the customer's account for the amount of items ordered.
– or by PayPal.
No cod shipments will not be accepted.

Note : payment by cheque is not generally proposed for sites based in the united arab Emirates. If you want to keep this option, or add other payment methods, please specify.
